Guided by Reisha, an empathic listener and Reiki Master, each session honors the wisdom of your inner world. Through intentional presence and attuned listening, you are supported in releasing emotional weight, clarifying inner truth, and reconnecting with your own rhythm and knowing.

This is not therapy or counseling. Rather, it is a sacred pause — a space where emotions are allowed to move, silence is honored, and your experience is held with integrity. Whether you are navigating transition, grief, overwhelm, creative expansion, or simply seeking grounding, Sacred Listening offers a gentle return to self.

Sessions are conducted live via phone or video using WhatsApp Business under the ReiAlign name, allowing for a secure and accessible experience wherever you are in the world.

Sacred Listening is an invitation to soften, exhale, and remember that you do not have to carry everything alone.

Before Your Session

  • No Reiki Preparation Form is required.

  • You will be asked to complete the Sacred Listening Agreement prior to your session.

  • Find a quiet, private space where you can speak freely and be uninterrupted.

  • Consider what you feel ready to release or express — no preparation is required.

During Your Session

  • Sessions are conducted live via WhatsApp Business under the ReiAlign name.

  • This is a confidential, non-judgmental space for emotional release, reflection, and grounding.

  • You lead the conversation; silence, tears, or pauses are welcomed.

  • Gentle reflections or grounding prompts may be offered when intuitively appropriate.

  • This session is not therapy or counseling, but a supportive, empathic presence.

After Your Session

  • You may feel lighter, emotionally processed, or deeply calm.

  • Gentle aftercare is encouraged: hydration, rest, journaling, or quiet integration.
