This combined offering weaves compassionate conversation with intuitive Reiki energy healing to support both emotional expression and energetic alignment.
The session begins with Sacred Listening, a dedicated space held through phone or video conference where you are invited to speak freely, release emotional weight, and clarify what feels present for you. This portion is guided by empathy, presence, and deep respect for your lived experience.
Following the Sacred Listening portion, the session transitions into Distance Reiki Energy Alignment. This portion is experienced unplugged, allowing you to rest quietly while Reiki energy is transmitted beyond time and space. As a Master Level Reiki Practitioner, I allow Universal Life Force Energy (SOURCE) to flow as needed, supporting gentle release, energetic balance, and restoration.
Each session is intuitively guided and held with integrity, care, and intention—meeting you exactly where you are.
Session Structure:
• 30 minutes Sacred Listening (phone or video)
• 45 minutes Distance Reiki Energy Alignment (off-line)
• Total session time: 75 minutes
This offering is ideal for those seeking both emotional clarity and energetic support in one cohesive, intentional experience.
Each ReiAlign session is intentionally designed to create a calm, respectful, and energetically supportive experience. Whether you are receiving Reiki, Sacred Listening, or a combined offering, you are held in a space of integrity, presence, and care.
Before Your Session
You will be invited to complete any required Sacred Session Agreement and/or Reiki Preparation Form, depending on your selected service.
For distance Reiki sessions, choose a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax uninterrupted.
For in-person sessions, you are encouraged to arrive a few minutes early to settle into the space.
You may wish to set a simple intention, though this is not required — your session will be intuitively guided.
Before Your Session
Completion of both the Sacred Listening Agreement and Reiki Preparation Form is required.
Prepare a quiet space for both conversation and rest.
During Your Session
Sacred Listening (30 minutes)
Conducted live via WhatsApp Business under the ReiAlign name.Emotional expression, grounding, and reflection.
Distance Reiki (45 minutes)
Received offline and uninterrupted.
You are encouraged to rest quietly, unplug, or meditate.
The two modalities work together to support emotional release and energetic alignment.
After Your Session
Rest and hydration are strongly encouraged.
Emotional or energetic shifts may continue to unfold.
Integration practices such as journaling or gentle movement may be helpful.
