Reiki Energy Alignment - In- Person Healing

This in-person Reiki session is a deeply restorative, guided healing experience designed to support energetic balance, emotional release, and inner alignment.

Each session begins with a gentle sage clearing of the space, creating a calm and intentional environment for healing. You will be invited to settle onto a Reiki table, comfortably supported with a light blanket as meditative or solfeggio tones softly play to help quiet the mind and ease the nervous system.

With your consent, simple dialogue may be used to clarify intentions before the session begins. Guided by Universal Life Force Energy (SOURCE), my hands are intuitively placed on or just above the body to support energetic flow and release. Crystal placements may be incorporated as needed to enhance grounding, balance, and energetic harmony.

Touch is used only where intuitively guided and always with respect and care. The session is held in stillness and presence, allowing the body and energy field to receive what is needed in the moment.

Each session includes a brief check-in before and after to support integration and reflection.
